Elizabeth Montgomery
My childhood TV memories are filled with great comedy shows like Gilligan’s Island, Leave It To Beaver, the Dick Van Dyke Show, and Bewitched. The later show starred Elizabeth Montgomery as the good-hearted witch trying to live as a mortal with her non-magic husband, Darrin Stephens. I loved that show! Great theme song and cool animated opening graphic (similar to I Dream of Jeannie) announced the show was coming on. I think Montgomery was a beautiful woman, but also could play the “girl next door” part really well. My drawing is taken from a promotional photo that shows off her eyes to great effect.
